MINUTES

May 20, 2010

HCDA met on the park bench on the square at 6:00 with the following attending:  Bob Mueller, Al Little, Sandy Zorzi, and Kathy Thomas.

The First Community Garage Sale to be held June 24, 25, and 26^th was discussed.  Al is going to get prices for posters.  Kathy Thomas will call the churches to participate.

Al Little gave a report on the new website.  He is shooting for June 7^th to have it up and operating, but hoping to have it in operation at an earlier date.  Al estimates the cost to be $500.00 and then a monthly fee paid to Wilkshire net.  Al moved, seconded by Kathy Thomas, to purchase the web domain name of HCDA.biz. 

The city of Dover is doing a cost study of the bike trail going from Dover City Park to the New Philadelphia waterworks park.

Bob Mueller gave everyone a passport distributed by the Tuscarawas County Visitors Bureau.
